Strong Beginnings Expands Across Michigan

Strong Beginnings is growing! Beginning in the 2026–27 school year, the program will expand from 19 to 31 Intermediate School Districts (ISDs), bringing free, high-quality preschool opportunities to hundreds more 3-year-olds and their families across Michigan.

The Clinton County RESA Office of Innovative Projects (CCRESA OIP) is proud to partner with MiLEAP and ISDs across the state to support this exciting expansion. Together, we are helping more young learners access engaging early learning experiences that build a strong foundation for future success.
