Applications now open for Cohort 2 of the Build Up/Help Me Grow Pilot
The Build Up/Help Me Grow Pilot is excited to announce an opportunity for Michigan ISDs to join the second cohort of its pilot project. This initiative focuses on enhancing developmental screening and care coordination for children aged birth-5 and supporting early and effective identification for preschool special education services. Up to 15 ISDs will be selected to take part in this impactful opportunity that will strengthen their capacity to serve young children and their families.
Participating ISDs will benefit from:

Care Coordination Services: Comprehensive support for families, addressing developmental concerns and general parenting inquiries.

Developmental Screening Tools: Access to the free, online Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) with follow-up and referral processes.

Central Intake System: Use of the Build Up online intake form, powered by MiEarlyChildhood.org, for streamlined coordination.

Marketing Assistance: Resources for targeted outreach and integration with the statewide HMG MI network.
