Revised Michigan Birth to Five Child Outcomes Manual now posted!

The Michigan Birth through Five (0-5) Child Outcomes Summary Process Manual was revised in January 2025 and is now posted on our website.  The manual is a resource developed to assist you in understanding the requirements and important processes regarding child outcomes as they apply to both Early On and preschool special education.
