Seeking Proposals: Evaluation Framework for Early On Workforce Coaching TORSH Talent Pilot

Clinton County Regional Educational Services Agency, Office of Innovative Projects (CCRESA OIP), is seeking proposals for the development of an evaluation framework for the Early On Workforce Coaching TORSH Talent Pilot.

Funded through the federal Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five (PDG B-5) under the direction of the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), this pilot project will explore the use of the TORSH Talent platform to support workforce coaching, teaming, collaboration, and caregiver coaching practices within local Early On service areas across Michigan.

CCRESA OIP is seeking a qualified contractor to develop a comprehensive evaluation framework that will guide the assessment of implementation, participant experiences, effectiveness, workforce outcomes, and system-level impact throughout the pilot. CCRESA OIP has allocated up to $12,000 for the development of the evaluation framework described in this RFP. Proposals should reflect a scope of work that can be completed within this budget.

Information about the project, scope of work, proposal requirements, and submission instructions can be found here.
