Early On Workforce Coaching TORSH Talent Pilot Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new professional growth opportunity for Michigan Early On Service Areas. Funded through the federal Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five (PDG B-5) under the direction of Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), CCRESA OIP is launching a three-year pilot project to explore how the TORSH Talent platform can strengthen workforce coaching, enhance multidisciplinary teaming, and support caregiver coaching practices. The pilot will provide an opportunity for 8-12 Service Areas and a total of 230 providers to receive training, technical assistance and access to the TORSH Talent platform for three years.
What is TORSH Talent?
TORSH Talent is a secure, web-based platform specifically designed to support early childhood and early intervention professionals. It simplifies and elevates coaching and collaboration through:
-
Video-Based Reflection: Securely capture and review home-visiting or coaching interactions.
-
Feedback Tools: Share time-stamped notes, feedback, and expert observations directly within video timelines.
