2023 Electronic Devereux Early Childhood Assessment System (eDECA) Training and Technical Assistance
The Michigan Department of Education, Office of Great Start, Early On program, in partnership with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health Services to Children and Families is offering users of the eDECA system several new and ongoing opportunities to:
- get signed up for use of the system,
- engage in a short orientation to the eDECA system,
- troubleshoot barriers and address questions and
- learn about more advanced aspects of the system not covered in orientation

- 30-Minute Orientation and Usage Assignment for Community Mental Health Clinicians
- Every third Monday of the month from February 18, 2019-August, 2019 from 10:00-10:30 ET
- 30-Minute Orientation and Usage Assignment for Community Mental Health Administrators and Supervisors
- Every third Monday of the month from February 18, 2019-August, 2019 from 3:00-3:30 ET
- 30-Minute Orientation and Usage Assignment for Early On SSIP Pilot Site Service Providers only
- Every second Wednesday of the month from February 13, 2019-August, 2019 from 9:00-9:30 am ET
- 30-Minute Orientation and Usage Assignment for Early On SSIP Administrators and Supervisors only
- Every second Wednesday of the month from February 13, 2019-August, 2019 from 2:30-3:00 pm ET
- 60-Minute Office Hours for Questions and Troubleshooting (all users)
- Quarterly: The Third Wednesday of March, June, and September from 11:00-12:00 ET or by appt, contact Mackrainm@michigan.gov for more information on 1:1 TA
- 30-Minute Advanced User Orientation to Data reports and site maintenance (all users)
