- Great Start to Quality Funding Statement
The Central Resource Center supports early childhood programs in Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Midland, Gratiot, Ionia, Clinton, Shiawassee, Eaton and Ingham counties. They provide resources to families by assisting them in finding quality, licensed child care and preschool. They also provide training to all licensed providers including aide and relative providers, family homes, group homes, and centers.
The Eastern Resource Center supports early childhood programs and families in Arenac, Bay, Huron, Lapeer, Saginaw, Sanilac, St. Clair and Tuscola counties. The Eastern Resource Center provides resources for Eastern Michigan child care providers and supports families with finding child care and preschool that meets their needs. They also provide training to all licensed providers including aide and relative providers, family homes, group homes, and centers.
Funding from the Office of Great Start within the Michigan Department of Education supports the implementation of Great Start.
