This meeting is designed specifically to support all personnel responsible for child find activities whose work includes identifying and evaluating children, birth through age five, with delays and or/disabilities and their families.  This discussion will provide the opportunity to learn from each other (what's working/what's not), discuss the drop in identification rates, talk over what other states are doing to address personnel shortages to address the need for evaluators, and identify resources that would assist in current child find activities.  And lastly, hear updates about Early On, Build Up,  referral/intake, and the branding of preschool special education.
