Offering Parent Coaching through Telehealth - Webinar

Date:

April 03, 2020

Time:

Training is from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Details:

With the current COVID-19 pandemic, many providers are having to shift their in-person services to telehealth.  Our research and clinical experience show that parent coaching can be delivered very successfully over telehealth. This free webinar will provide important information to help providers transition in-person services to parent coaching using a telehealth model. This webinar will be hosted by the Project ImPACT co-developers: Anna Dvortcsak, MS, CCC-SLP and Brooke Ingersoll, PhD, BCBA-D, though it is not a Project ImPACT specific webinar.

This 90-minute webinar will cover:

  • Brief overview and resources on the evidence-base and guidelines for providing services over telehealth
  • What information providers need to be able to provide telehealth-based coaching effectively
  • How to set families up for success with telehealth
  • How to conduct parent coaching over telehealth

We will allow time for questions from participants. The webinar will also be recorded and shared over YouTube for providers who are not able to attend.

Registration for this event is free but required. This webinar is designed for providers who are transitioning to using Telehealth-based coaching. Click here to register.
