In collaboration with the Michigan Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the University of Michigan Youth Policy Lab, this webinar will introduce an important update to the Early On referral process for physicians.
To improve efficiency and ensure comprehensive information is gathered at the time of referral, the Early On referral intake form now includes a new section titled "Health Status Report." This addition replaces the need for a separate Health Status Request for physician-initiated referrals, streamlining the process and reducing administrative steps.
This session will feature updates from MiLEAP, Early On Public Awareness, and Early On Training & Technical Assistance, providing a clear understanding of this enhancement and its impact on referrals. We encourage you to attend to learn more about this improved process and how it supports timely access to Early On services.
