Details:

Funded by a generous grant from the Delta Dental Foundation, early interventionists, home visitors and early educators throughout Michigan can receive free oral health training and oral health resources!  Children with special needs have the highest rate of dental decay, which can affect their ability to succeed in therapies, communicate, and can lead to systemic infection.  However, many parents have never been taught how to care for their child's teeth and mouth and how to overcome the barriers to good oral health their child may face.  As part of this grant funding you will receive a 2.5 hour training on oral health and how to use the Brush resources in practice.

Please let us know if you have questions or any request for specific accommodations.
