Cost:

EOT&TA training is subsidized by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C. Therefore, only Early On personnel (i.e. those personnel who are part of the Early On eligibility determination team or those who do service coordination) are eligible to attend the training at the reduced cost ($20.00). Individuals who are not Early On personnel may register for this training at the actual cost ($45.00).

Early On Personnel: $20.00
Non-Early On Personnel: $45.00

Details:

This training is designed to build upon the participants' understanding of the unique dimensions which both complicate and enhance the partnership between providers and families. We will explore common challenges and effective communication skills through the use of mini-lectures, reflection, and large and small group conversation.   The outcomes for this training include identifying two practical strategies which promote partnerships and a renewed commitment to forming partnerships.
