This online training will review some of the major changes with the new IDEA Part C 2011 Regulations published on September 28, 2011.  While it is not all inclusive, you will find the information helpful in understanding some of the changes to these regulations.  The training begins with the highlighted changes to Family Engagement and proceeds through Pre-Referral, Referral, Post-Referral and Transition.  A complete copy of the IDEA Part C Final Regulations can be found under News and Notes.
